PROGRAMME

The evening, hour by hour

  1. 18:00

    Ceremony

    In the chapel of Anastasi, on the cliff path of Imerovigli.

  2. 19:00

    A glass at sunset

    On the terrace, as the sun goes down behind Thirasia.

  3. 20:00

    Dinner

    One long table on the terrace, above the caldera.

  4. 21:45

    The first dance

    Under the strings of lights, once the cake is cut.

  5. 23:00

    Dancing until late

    With the lights of Fira along the rim, and the coach waiting when you are done.

OUR STORY

A path along the caldera

We met on the cliff path between Fira and Imerovigli one June, both of us walking the wrong way. Alexander had the map, Isabella knew the way. Four summers later, we are going back to the little chapel on the cliff to say yes.

Dress code

Linen and silk in soft colours, and shoes you can manage the steps of Imerovigli in.

Getting there

A coach leaves the square in Fira at 17:15, and brings you back from the terrace after midnight.

Good to know

The terrace is open to the caldera and the breeze. Bring a light shawl for the evening.
